Reimbursement of Hospitalization Expenses
Special Benefits Reimbursement of surgical and hospitalization expenses will be made if hospitalization extends beyond 2 days and the claim will be entertained from the day of admission 1% of the deposited amount with a maximum limit of Rs. 10,000 for each day of Hospitalization, for up to 7 days per year, against actual bills. Within the entitlement, an account holder may make maximum of two claims per annum
Eligibility Age limit:Between 60 years and 70 years Deposit requirements : A minimum deposit of Rs. 500,000 in a one year fixed deposit Account holders should maintain the required deposit for a continuous period of 3 months prior to making the claim
